Most of the site is public research. Pages about investors, deals, and companies can be read without an account. Server logs may record the usual technical details of a visit, such as the page requested and the time.

If you create an account, we store the email address used to sign in so we can recognize that account. We use it to operate the account. We do not sell that address.

If you suggest an investor, a deal, or a correction, we store what you submit and the account it came from so it can be reviewed. Do not include secrets or someone else’s private information. Published research stays attributed to its public source, not to your account.
